With so much of Polish Greenpoint disappearing, Adams is one of the remaining Polish meat markets worth visiting. Thick cut bacon, fresh fish on Fridays, fantastic butcher all around. If youre local to Greenpoint or just passing through on a weekend, this is a great spot for meats.

Ive been drawn into this cute mumandpop store by the pastries at the shop window. The little caramel cookies are delicious! I also like to pick up some liver sausage when I visit. Ive only been here on weekends and the lady behind the counter is really sweet. I hope to try their perogies next time.
